Tour description

Lắk Lake is the second-largest natural freshwater lake in Vietnam, covering over 500 hectares. It plays a vital role in enriching the surrounding rice fields with fertile silt each year and provides an abundant source of freshwater fish. Traditional M’nông villages, where locals have lived in stilt houses for generations, are nestled along its shores.

Enjoy a one-hour boat tour on the lake to take in the peaceful natural scenery, watch birds in their natural habitat, admire the sunset over the water, and observe the simple, authentic lifestyle of the local people.

You can join a boat tour at any time of day, each offering a different perspective of the legendary beauty of Lắk Lake.

Note

The tour fee includes a guide.

Please make a reservation in advance so the Forest Management Board can better prepare to serve you.

If you are satisfied with the service, you are welcome to tip the staff as a way to encourage their continued dedication.

Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the boat.

If you would like to book a local dinner, an overnight stay in a traditional stilt house, or join a cultural campfire night with M’nông gong music and local artisans, we would be happy to help arrange it for you.
